Before Your Appointment

Fast two hours prior – unless you have any health conditions that preclude fasting.
Stay hydrated by drinking water.
Remove stockings and go barefoot for the body fat percentage assessment.
Arrive on time.

During Your Appointment

The health practitioner will review your pre-appointment questionnaire, focusing on any high-risk areas. During your appointment, they will provide personalised health coaching to help you manage or improve your health risk profile. The following assessments will be conducted: Blood Pressure, Total/HDL Cholesterol, Glucose, and Body Composition.

After Your Appointment

Your practitioner will inform you if any follow-up is necessary and advise you on when to schedule an appointment with your GP. If follow-up is required, you will receive a referral within 24 hours of your appointment. You will also receive a copy of your results to your email address.
